2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to anywhere in Canada, USA and internationally. For international orders, please be aware that you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees based on the destination country.

3. Shipping Methods

We offer calculated shipping from Canada Post, Purolator or UPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. To add, we use recycled boxes for shipping to cover packing fees. 

For orders eligible for free shipping, please note that shipments will default to our preferred shipping service regardless of the option selected at checkout

For international orders, shipping with tracking is optional.

4. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Please note that processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when applicable.

5. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times will be displayed at the checkout depending on the service requested. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary based on factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

International orders without tracking can take 30-60 days or more. 

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email if you selected a service with tracking. You can use this number to track your shipment on our carrier's website. 

For international orders, tracking is optional and if you choose a service without tracking we are not responsible for missing packages. 

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping method selected, the weight of the package, and the destination. These charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Free shipping is only applicable within Canada.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at dottedlinesshop@gmail.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
